Job position: ERP Project Manager & Business Analyst

Location: Verona

We are looking for a permanent, full time Project Manager & Business Analyst who will report to the Service Delivery Manager. Arithmos offices are in Verona, this position could be partially home-based. The primary duties of this position include business systems analysis, project management, workflow analysis and technical communication. The PM and Business Analyst is responsible for projects tracking and control, serving as a liaison between clients and Arithmos software factory. He/she conducts analysis on client’s processes to collect their business requirements and manage the implementation, optimization and development of the technology solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To understand the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • To conduct the client’s business system analysis
  • To identify customization requirements
  • To liaise with the Software Factory in the products roadmap definition
  • To define the allocation of the resources of the projects in order to assure the quality of the projects deliveries.
  • To initiate and plan the project by establishing its budget in terms of time and resources.
  • To manage the technology, project team including external vendor and project changes in order to achieve goals, reach milestones and deliver the project on time and within budget ensuring the company reaches the planned profitability.
  • To ensure that the company’s tools for project management and team allocation are continuously and correctly updated
  • To Organize the department to ensure the Clients receive the requested services
  • To report to Service Delivery Manager on regular basis, partnering with him/her to support company innovation and processes improvement
  • To ensure the department profitability
  • To validate and manage the technical partnership
  • To report to Service Delivery Manager in case of Major/Critical Risks for the Client relationship

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degre in Informatic Technology and at least 5 years experience in related position
  • English, fluent
  • Willing to travel 1-2 days per week
  • Knowledge of ERP and PPM System
  • Analytical skills
  • Client orientation
  • Problem solving
  • Technical language knowledge
  • Communication skills
