In collaboration with EDRA and Sanità33, we organised the Webinar “Data and Know How: the potential of transferring data from independent Clinical Research”, with the participation of:

During the webinar, we shed light on the topic and delved into the details of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 30/11/2021, which provides for the possibility of transferring data of ‘not-for-profit’ studies to private entities, under certain conditions and subject to various administrative formalities.
During the webinar, the VALORINDI project was also presented, which offers a comprehensive consultancy and support service for the transfer of non-profit clinical trial data to private entities.

The VALORINDI project
The VALORINDI project, born out of the collaboration between Arithmos, Studio Legale LCA and the University of Piemonte Orientale, offers a complete consultancy and support service for the transfer of non-profit clinical trial data to private entities.
The aim is to offer a highly qualified service that guarantees compliance with the regulations and competent and fair management of the evaluation, assisting the parties throughout the entire process.
