Staff Augmentation

Contact us now to receive further information and an assessment from our experts. We will work with you to evaluate the best approach for your business processes.

Staff augmentation is a way to quickly scale a team with specialist skills and knowledge without the long-term commitment of hiring permanent employees. It is a flexible outsourcing strategy that allows our clients to utilise external talent to supplement their existing workforce, often for specific projects or to meet fluctuating demands.

Our staff are all experts in their fields and have the skills, knowledge and expertise gained from working with numerous clients, in different situations over a number of years. By adding Arithmos professionals to an in house team, clients can expand their capabilities and capacity for periods of time to help meet peaks in work, or the need to bring in specific knowledge and experience to their projects. Essentially Arithmos professionals become part of the existing team.

Benefits of Staff Augmentation:

  • Flexibility:
You are able to scale your workforce up or down as needed, adding Arithmos resources when needed, based on project requirements or business demands. It allows for gaps to be filled without the need to commit to bring on board your own dedicated staff.
  • Specialised Skills:
Staff augmentation allows access to the knowledge, experience and expertise of the Arithmos team, allowing you to fill skills gaps and enable the completion of specialist tasks that you may not otherwise have the ability to do.
  • Cost-Effectiveness:
Bringing on board our experts can be more cost-effective than hiring full-time employees. It avoids the costs associated with the recruitment, training, and employment of dedicated staff.
  • Project Control:
While you are able to bring in specific skills and expertise, you also retain control over the project and the team, allowing you clear oversight of where the project is and where it is going.
  • Integration:
Arithmos staff integrate seamlessly with your existing team, working alongside them to achieve project goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support the delivery of the project.
  • Short-term or Long-term:
Staff augmentation is flexible. It can be used for short-term projects where it doesn’t make business sense for you to recruit directly, or for longer-term engagements that need specialist knowledge or experience that isn’t available in house.

  • Shortage of available talent
Traditional hiring can be expensive and there is no guarantee that the right person will be available when you need them. The flexibility of staff augmentation ensures you have the right people available when you need them most, to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or the project.

Key Aspects of Our Staff Augmentation Execution:

  • Define Project Goals and Expectations:
Arithmos will work with the you to clearly outline the project requirements, scope and timelines, including any specific skill gaps within your existing team that need to be filled, and the type of profile required for the project. It’s important there is a seamless fit between our professionals and yours
  • Selection:
Although we are confident our own team members will have the skills and experience necessary, we’d always recommend there be an initial alignment meeting to ensure you are comfortable our experts will integrate seamlessly with your team
  • Team integration:
Arithmos will help you define an onboarding process, including the need for inductions on systems and processes and any other initial client specific training that may be required.
  • Monitor Progress and Provide Feedback:
Arithmos recommend setting up regular one to ones between our professionals and your project teams to provide feedback and to monitor progress and performance, just as you would with your own staff.
  • Oversight:
Although our staff will be embedded in your team, working with your oversight and management, we will assign a Project Manager as a point of contact for monitoring and review purposes, and to provide support for our staff and your team.
