• Define Project Goals and Expectations:
  Arithmos will work with the you to clearly outline the project requirements, scope and timelines, including any specific skill gaps within your existing team that need to be filled, and the type of profile required for the project. It’s important there is a seamless fit between our professionals and yours

• Selection:
  Although we are confident our own team members will have the skills and experience necessary, we’d always recommend there be an initial alignment meeting to ensure you are comfortable our experts will integrate seamlessly with your team

• Team integration:
  Arithmos will help you define an onboarding process, including the need for inductions on systems and processes and any other initial client specific training that may be required. 

• Monitor Progress and Provide Feedback:
  Arithmos recommend setting up regular one to ones between our professionals and your project teams to provide feedback and to monitor progress and performance, just as you would with your own staff.

• Oversight:
  Although our staff will be embedded in your team, working with your oversight and management, we will assign a Project Manager as a point of contact for monitoring and review purposes, and to provide support for our staff and your team.
